Hope that you are all well and have had a lovely week? I have been busy back at work after being poorly during the first week of January, and I am now starting to get back into the routine after the Christmas break.
We had a brilliant first week back at #fortheloveofBLOG with a massive total of 113 link-ups! I am so proud of how well our Linky is doing and how well our little community is growing. Thank you to everyone who linked up last week, and has continued to support myself and Fi here at #fortheloveofBLOG. I would also like to say a big thank you to Laura from Five Little Doves for stepping in as guest co-host.
This week I am excited to introduce Sammie from Porridge and Parenting who will be stepping into the reigns of guest co-host this week. Please do go and take a read of Sammie’s post; A handy guide to making new “mum friends”. I was recently on maternity leave and I know how daunting it can be to approach a group of Mum’s. Hopefully Sammie’s post can help if you’re in the same position.
We are always on the look-out for future guest co-hosts, so if you would like to get involved then just drop myself or Fi an email.
This week I’m linking up my post; How to cope with your baby or child when you’re ill. Last week I had the dreaded flu, and I found it really hard to manage and look after my daughter. Luckily she was in nursery for most of the week, but doing the nursery drop-offs and pick-ups were torture. I wouldn’t wish the flu on anyone, and it is so nice to feel well and to be back at work.
Last week my favourite post was written by Selena at My Rambling Thoughts. Selena’s post: My dirty sink and why I’m grateful for it is all about how the dishes in the sink were a result of Selena and her daughter baking together, and how we should appreciate the time spent together to have created that.
Fi’s favourite post was Owning Motherhood by Just Saying Mum.
Laura’s favourite post was What is my blog all about by Reflections from me.
The Linky Rules
#fortheloveofBLOG linky is simple. We welcome any type of post to be linked up with the exception of the promotion of other linky’s. You can link up to two posts a week, and between us we will comment on all posts. We will also feature our favourite post of the week on our blogs and include a back-link to your site. If you would like a RT on Twitter then just include @thepramshed @amumtrackmind and @porridgeparent in your Twitter post when you link up. All that we ask is for you to include our new badge in your post which can be found in this post or in my sidebar, and that you comment on the hosts posts and the post directly before yours.
That’s it! Simple!
We hope that you enjoy linking up, and we are looking forward to reading your posts.
Claire, Fi, and Sammie x
