Baker by Ted Baker Summer Dresses: Gorgeous clothes for a toddler

I am always on the look out for clothes for my daughter who is nearly three in August, and recently I’ve decided to dress her more in dresses than leggings. I’m not sure why, maybe it’s the warmer weather, or the fact she is at home with me more, or just because there are some gorgeous clothes on the high street at the moment. Ted Baker at Debenhams have just that as part of their Baker by Ted Baker range; a range of beautiful dresses for toddlers and girls. So as you can imagine we were really excited to receive three dresses to review on the blog.

All the dresses in the range are totally gorgeous, well made, and have their own unique features. I love all the bright prints that are perfect for Summer, and would look great on a sunny day or on holiday. Not only this there are also some more formal dresses in the range that would be perfect for a wedding or a christening.

The first dress that we selected to receive is the Girls Navy Floral Print Swing Dress that retails at £26.00, and is available for children aged 12 months to 6 years of age.

This dress is beautiful and my daughter loved wearing it. It has a lovely gathered bow detail at the top that progresses down to green and coral flowers. The dress is made from a quite loose material, and looks great teamed up with a pair of tights or leggings. Out of the three I found this to be quite a casual dress that can easily be worn for the day-to-day, or to nursery, or on a trip to the park.

The next dress we selected was the Girls Blue Print Floral Dress that costs £32.00. It is also available for children aged 12 months to 6 years of age.

I love this dress. The bright flowers are simply stunning against the brilliant blue of the fabric. We ordered this dress in a size 3 – 4, and out of the all dresses we received this was the largest. At the moment it is slightly too big for my daughter, however come September when we go on holiday I’m sure that it will be a perfect fit. I really like the cap sleeves and the rose gold zip up the back on this dress, giving it a unique touch, making it slightly different to any other dresses I have seen on the high street.

This dress would make a lovely outfit for an early dinner out, and I can’t wait for the warmer and sunny weather when she can wear it properly.

Our last dress that we received in the Baker by Ted Baker range is this gorgeous Pink Floral Print Dress that retails at £34.00, and like the others it is available for children aged 12 month to 6 years of age.

This dress would be ideal for a special occasion such as a family wedding or birthday party. I love the feel and quality of this dress. The material is heavy and the skirt is full skirted, giving it a very premium and luxury feel. My daughter loved to dance around the living room wearing this, and feeling the floaty skirt. The bright colours of the skirt and the edging around the top of the dress are really eye-catching, and it will look great on a sunny day.

We love all of our Baker by Ted Baker dresses. They are all simply stunning and I am really looking forward to my daughter wearing the dresses this summer. Whether that is to a wedding, a birthday party, a special occasion, or just for the day to day. I particularly love the detail on each dress especially the rose gold zips and buttons on the back.

As you can see the Baker by Ted Baker range caters for every occasion and there is bound to be something there for you.
