30 Day Blogging Challenge – Day 8

Nicknames you have, and why?

I am bad, I am running so behind on the completion of this challenge! I have been very busy last week guest co-hosting on #KCACOLS Linky and starting to set up #fortheloveofBLOG Linky with Fi @amumtrackmind so I’m getting a little behind on my blog posts 🙁

Anyway here’s my nicknames:

• Clary – this has been with me since University, and it is still my name that my friends choose to call me. I decided to use this name as there was another Clare in our friendship group, and we needed something to differentiate us.
• Dude – again, this nickname has been with me since University, although it’s funny as in our friendship group we’re all called Dude.
• Cloggs – my Dad has always called me Cloggs since I was a little girl, short for “Clever Cloggs”. I’ve even got a Jamie Oliver mug that says “Clever Cloggs”.
• My husband has a number of names for me – Caz, Connie, Con etc…a lot of them don’t even have anything to do with my name, but I still answer to them.
